Keller Swiss Group offers complete service packages for international relocation and business relocation. Our own fleet ensures a maximum of flexibility and control not only inside of Switzerland but also beyond the countries borders.
For the administrative moving processes Keller Swiss Group works with our bespoke software and systems. Alongside data safety assurance it allows for optimal planning and coordination.
Our internal Relocation department completes the international moving process with home finding support, an assurance to allow settling in a new home happens as soon as possible. The full-service offering all from one source secures high quality and on-time services.
Quality surveillance and support services for claims are handled through our dedicated Quality department. Customers will be given comprehensive advice and the claims process with the insurance facilitated. The department monitors customer satisfaction and manages the corrective actions and continuous improvement process.
FIDI FAIM Certification
For certification with FIDI's FAIM certificate, more than 200 quality criteria are reviewed by Ernst & Young. The FAIM quality standard covers a range of requirements, from operational activities to supply chain management, risk management, data protection and financial stability.
The regular audits through Ernst & Young certify Keller Swiss Group as FIDI Accredited International Mover with benchmarking values in the leading group.
EuRA Global Quality Seal
Keller Relocation obtained the EuRA Global Quality Seal in December 2017 and has since been re-certified in June 2020 as well as in May 2022 and in January 2024.
The EuRA Global Quality Seal is based on an ISO 9001 process management model and specifies the processes and KPIs that reflect the highest standards for relocation services. The already certified companies are regularly audited and a recertification process takes place every 2 years.
